Belly Slimming Detox Water

Detox Water – I thought its long time i haven’t post any fitness articles so here is another fitness articles for those fitness freaks ladies ….I hope you may all heard about detox drink and if you are a newbie then let me tell you detox drinks are a kind of drink that can cleanses our internal system of our body by flushing out all harmful toxins away from our body.So it is always good to start your diet with a detox drink
So here is how to prepare a detox water to tone up your belly
1 litre water
• 1 Cucumber
• 1 Orange
• 1 Lemon
• A few mint leaves.
1.Thinly sliced cucumber, orange and lemon
2.Place all slices in a glass jar and add handful of mintleaves it to.
3.Fill up the jar and kept for overnight to infuse all the goodness of ingredients into the water.
4.Replace your normal water with this detox drink
Try this for a few days, and you’ll see the results in form of healthier looking skin, slimmer belly and overall, a fresher you.

Water is any day good for us, irrespective of its form; plain or mixed with items. Water helps in keeping our body hydrated and also in flushing out the toxins. Water helps in better functioning of liver and kidneys too.
